Vital College is looking for an experienced Instructor/ Trainer in First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting & OHS (Independent Contractor) to join our team in Durban North!
If you’re passionate about facilitation and have a strong background in mandatory/compliance training, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
☆ Facilitate accredited First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting & OHS training programmes
☆ Deliver engaging theoretical & practical sessions
☆ Assess learner competence in accordance with SETA & QCTO requirements
☆ Maintain accurate attendance, assessment & moderation records
☆ Ensure compliance with all health, safety & quality assurance policies
☆ Relevant First Aid / Fire Fighting / OHS Instructor certifications
☆ Registered facilitator & assessor with the appropriate SETA (SASSETA, HWSETA, or Services SETA advantageous)
☆ Paramedic qualification with HPCSA registration will be advantageous
☆ Proven experience in conducting accredited training
☆ Strong communication, presentation & learner engagement skills.
