What will you be doing?

We have an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Graduate, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:

• HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. Payspace, HR, Graylink)
• HR Operations understanding and application (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations, disabilities)
• Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle, Payspace HR)
• Learning and Development
• Talent / Skills Development
• Organisational Development
• Industrial Relations

Skills and Competencies

• MS Office, especially Excel
• Adaptive and open to respond to change
• Able to cope with pressures and setbacks

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• Driver's license (advantageous)

Programme information

• This is a 12-month Graduate programme based at our Durban site, working across the KZN region reporting to the Regional HRM
• Successful incumbent will at times support the National Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects/ tasks.
• Successful incumbent may be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
