What will you be doing?
We have an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Graduate, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
- HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. Payspace, HR, Graylink)
- HR Operations understanding and application (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations, disabilities)
- Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle, Payspace HR)
- Learning and Development
- Talent / Skills Development
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
Skills and Competencies
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Adaptive and open to respond to change
- Able to cope with pressures and setbacks
- Results orientation
- Analytical thinking
- Time management & deadline orientated
- Team player with open communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to critically evaluate information, especially when working with numbers
- Learning aptitude
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Driver's license (advantageous)
Programme information
- This is a 12-month Graduate programme based at our Durban site, working across the KZN region reporting to the Regional HRM
- Successful incumbent will at times support the National Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects/ tasks.
- Successful incumbent may be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
