UX / Product Designer (Senior)

Our client is looking for a talented UX / Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences for enterprise data products and customer-facing platforms. This role is suited to an experienced design professional who enjoys translating complex business requirements into engaging, accessible, and visually appealing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for enterprise portals and digital products.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
• Improve usability, accessibility, and customer experience.
• Participate in usability testing and iterative design improvements.
• Deliver designs aligned with business and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 10+ years' UX/UI or Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise digital product design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advantageous

• Experience designing analytics or enterprise software platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Experience working within Agile product teams.
• UX certifications.
