Manage and maintain Risk Management Systems across the cluster.
Ensure legal compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk legislation.
Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.
Facilitate strategic, operational, physical and compliance risk assessments.
Develop and maintain site risk registers and legal compliance registers.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventative measures.
Coordinate contractor management and ensure compliance with construction regulations.
Drive business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Manage loss control, property risk and insurance-related activities.
Coordinate SHE committee activities, safety representatives and statutory training.
Ensure all inspections, audits, permits and statutory records are maintained.
Provide risk and compliance guidance to management and employees.
Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility and continuous improvement.
