A growing, purpose-driven luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced RESERVATIONS MANAGER

POSITION INFO

This role suits a hospitality professional who understands the rhythm of a multi-property reservations desk and can lead a team while keeping a close eye on rates, availability, and guest experience across the portfolio. Core Criteria: Minimum 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong working knowledge of reservations and property management systems Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Confident managing rates, availability, and inventory across multiple properties Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal Able to lead, train, and motivate a reservations team Comfortable working under pressure during peak booking periods Core Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the reservations department Manage bookings, rates, and availability across the property portfolio Lead, train, and support the reservations team Liaise with lodges and internal departments to ensure accurate, up-to-date information Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and direct clients Monitor booking trends and support revenue management decisions Handle escalated guest queries and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate records and reporting on reservations performance Ensure reservations processes align with brand and service standards
