Branch Manager to lead the operations of its new Pinetown branch. This hands-on role is ideal for a qualified

Millwright or Electrician with 5–10 years' experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch and factory operations
• Supervise factory and administrative staff
• Plan and coordinate daily production and logistics
• Manage raw material ordering, inventory, stock control, and monthly stock takes
• Ensure accurate order picking, dispatch, and deliveries
• Maintain production records and submit daily reports
• Approve employee clockings and oversee attendance records
• Conduct daily inspections of plant and equipment, ensuring defects are repaired
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Open and close the facility, including alarm activation
• Liaise with sales, administration, and factory teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Matric
• Qualified Millwright or Electrician
• 5–10 years' experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
• Valid driver's licence
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Good mathematical and report-writing abilities
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Physically fit and willing to work Saturdays when required
