Our client is looking to employ as Designated Agent Paarl

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and compliance audits
  • Manage case investigations /prepare assessments for claims
  • Issue compliance orders when required
  • Facilitate mediations and conciliations related to industry agreement compliance
  • Provide education and training on labour conditions and collective agreements
  • Document, capture, and maintain accurate records on relevant systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective case management

M INIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Relevant Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management / Human Resources/Finance Management is a must!
  • A valid driver's license with own motor vehicle
  • Must reside in Paarl
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans languages (non-negotiable)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in a related environment i.e HR/ER experience i.e. disciplinaries, CCMA, etc.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
