RCL FOODS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (Fixed Term Contract) who is seeking to grow their knowledge and skills in the Human Resources field.

This role will be based in Westville, Durban and will require a driven and energetic intern to provide day to day admin support for the relevant team. This is a Fixed Term Contract role.

Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide day to day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with all recruitment related functions as per the team’s direction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide recruitment administration support

Ensure references are carried out wholly and timeously as per team’s request

Ensure MIE checks are captured on the system as per team’s request

Assist with setting up interviews

Provide first line support to e-Recruitment System) users

Liaise with external service providers and internal teams

Create and track workflows for payments

Day to day ad hoc admin tasks

Minimum Requirements

Must reside in Kwa-Zulu Natal

0 - 1 years of HR experience

Completed Tertiary HR qualification or related
