• Evolve Hollard's enterprise-wide Digital Learning and AI Capability Strategy.
• Design and embed innovative learning experiences that build digital, technical, leadership, compliance, and AI capability.
• Drive adoption of modern learning technologies and learning-in-the-flow-of-work solutions.
• Champion AI-enabled learning through adaptive experiences, automation, personalisation, and data-driven insights.
• Curate world-class learning content and capability pathways aligned to strategic business priorities.
• Accelerate digital fluency and emerging technology adoption across the Group.
• Establish meaningful measures of learning effectiveness, capability growth, adoption, and ROI.
• Guide learning governance, policy, accreditation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
