O'Brien Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established, family-owned boutique financial advisory practice in the search for an experienced Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Our client has built a trusted reputation over more than 50 years, providing holistic financial planning and advice to generations of South African families. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven advisor who is passionate about delivering quality advice in a professional, client-focused environment.

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients

Deliver comprehensive financial planning across investments, retirement, estate, risk and tax planning

Develop new business through referrals, networking and professional relationships

Ensure all advice remains compliant with FAIS and industry regulations

Work closely with dedicated in-house Risk, Tax, Administration and CRM support teams

• CFP designation in good standing with the FPI

• FAIS compliant with RE5 completed

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in financial planning or financial advisory

• Strong technical knowledge across investment, retirement, estate and risk planning

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

What's on Offer:

Competitive base salary of R50,000 – R75,000 per month (depending on experience)
