Business Development Manager Location: Centurion, Gauteng A leading South African technology and engineering company operating within the defence and aerospace sector is seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join its growing team. Minimum Requirements Matric with an overall average of 85% or higher (non-negotiable). Bachelor''s Degree or BTech qualification completed after school. Fully bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and understand Afrikaans and English . Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver''s licence and willingness to travel when required. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, and technical presentations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies.
