Commercial Attorney

Pretoria East / Centurion

Salary Market Related based on years of experience

Minimum requirements

  • LLB degree
  • B.Com Law / Finance degree will be advantageous
  • 5+ years post-article experience in Commercial Law
  • LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
  • Strong contract drafting skills
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (including M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous
  • Fully computer literate (including MS Word, Excel, etc.)
