TARGETED GROUP DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (MENTOR)

Bantubani Group, a leading company specialising in Routine Road Maintenance (RRM) and Road Construction, invites a suitably qualified and experienced Targeted Group Development Coordinator (Mentor) to submit their application for inclusion in our database for current and future high value infrastructure projects across South Africa.

Successful candidates will be considered for appointment should Bantubani Group successfully acquire any relevant works

• Develop and establish a Targeted Enterprise Training and Support Programme
• Assist the Targeted Enterprises in instituting a quality assurance system
• Provide adequate training, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and any other identified and approved assistance to Targeted Enterprises
• Provide support and any other identified and approved assistance to ensure that the Targeted Enterprises meet their obligations and commitments with respect to their subcontracts
• Assist with ITIS monthly data capture requirements
• Ensure that the CPG objectives are achieved
• Assist the Construction Manager where required

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (NQF Level 6) or higher degree
• Experience in SANRAL Projects (Road Construction and/or RRM), with a minimum of 3 projects which have a construction value of R80 million or more (inclusive of VAT)
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must have own vehicle
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication & people skills (Assertiveness)
• Pro -active & able to work independently
• Loyalty

Bantubani Group appoints on a project basis. Roles are linked to specific client contracts and are filled as those contracts are confirmed, so engagement is contingent by nature: neither continuous work nor permanent employment is offered or implied. Appointment to any project depends on the contract proceeding, the requirements of that project, and operational needs at the time.
