We're looking for a Senior AI / Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and optimisation of next-generation AI voice and text agents.

This is a hands-on senior contributor position focused on building production-grade conversational AI solutions that deliver real-world business impact.

POSITION INFO

You'll work at the core of our clients product, designing, developing and fine-tuning intelligent voice and chat experiences, while helping scale client-specific AI agent deployments as our customer portfolio grows. If you're passionate about LLMs, conversational AI, speech technologies and production-ready AI systems, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Design, build and optimise production AI voice and text agents Develop and refine dialogue flows, prompt frameworks and evaluation systems Improve speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) pipelines for performance, quality and accuracy Build, test and deploy conversational text bots and campaign variants Own the configuration and optimisation of client-specific AI agent implementations Develop scalable integrations using APIs and backend services Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve AI performance in production environments Collaborate with product, engineering and client-facing teams to deliver best-in-class conversational experiences Contribute to AI engineering standards, best practices and technical direction Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered voice and/or text applications Strong software engineering skills with Python Experience developing and maintaining production-scale systems Solid understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks and AI quality measurement Experience integrating and managing APIs Strong version control practices using GitHub Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical deliverables Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities What We're Looking For A senior engineer who enjoys building rather than managing Someone comfortable working in fast-paced, product-driven environments A technically curious individual who stays up to date with advancements in AI and LLM technologies A collaborative team player with strong communication skills A hands-on problem-solver who can take ownership from concept through to production
