Chief Operating Officer (COO) – JHB North

A market-leading, high-volume, manufacturing product-driven business is looking for an individual to head up their operations, from manufacturing aspect to making decisions about new machinery.

What we are looking for

• An Engineer with a BSc and MBA or similar.
• Someone with min 10 – 15 years, NOT from a typical large structured corporate.
• Someone looking to get out of a boxed Corporate and being to make changes.
• A decision maker, couple with someone who understands a complex manufacturing business.
• We are looking for the following industry exp – Pharma or Engineering Products or Automotive manufacturing products – anywhere you have been involved end to end of re-engineering a processes from end-to-end.
• We are on the hunt for someone out the box – and someone who wants to impact business in various ways, someone in the detail, and technically astute!

Remuneration

• Market related C.T.C. per annum
