Tshikululu is South Africa’s premier social investment specialist firm based in Johannesburg and doing work throughout South Africa. We advise a range of clients, including corporate, trusts, and foundations, who are committed to achieving significant social change. We build each client’s individual corporate identity in an informed and strategic way – ensuring a business approach to the challenges of social development.
Tshikululu wants to develop and shape young, talented graduates for the world of work. Graduates will be taken through a 12-month Graduate Development Programme, which may be renewable. During this period, Tshikululu will afford graduates support for further development and success. Performance will be continuously assessed to enable growth and development.
The programme will be an exciting and challenging journey that equips graduates with the tools and experience for a successful career in the social investment space as they work alongside some of the industry's leading experts.

- Have a keen interest in the Social Investment and Development Sector.
- Be willing to commit to the full 12-month Graduate Development Programme.
