Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy truck workshop. Supervise and lead mechanics, apprentices, and workshop staff. Plan and allocate work to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity. Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and complete paper trails. Manage workshop administration, documentation, and reporting. Monitor parts, stock control, and ordering. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and management. Resolve technical and staff-related issues quickly and effectively.
