SUMMARY

My client is seeking to appoint a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst at Group level to support the finance function across multiple entities. This role is responsible for the consolidation and reporting of financial results, annual budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of monthly management accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business.

Given the complexity of the Group structure, previous experience in a multi-entity environment and consolidations reporting is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and communicate key financial trends and variances.

Job Description: Negotiate funding Prepare and maintain annual budgets and periodic forecasts across multiple business entities Consolidate monthly financial results and ensure the accuracy and integrity of Group reporting Prepare monthly management accounts and executive financial reports Perform detailed financial analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making Analyze and investigate financial variances, providing meaningful commentary and recommendations to management Partner with business units and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators across the Group Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes Assist with the development and enhancement of financial models, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies Skills & Experience: Commercial & Multi-Entity Financial Management Banking and Funding exposure Qualification: CA(SA) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
