Experience in dealing with clients in the Medical and health carespace such as DR’S, Specialist, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers

A leading company in the document management industry is seeking a driven Business Development Consultant to manage and grow client portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Market and sell company products and services

· Cross-sell and upsell within existing portfolios

· Resolve client queries and escalations

· Identify and develop new business opportunities

· Prepare and present business proposals

· Maintain accurate client records and reports

· Ensure excellent customer service and retention

· Monitor market and competitor trends

· Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field

· Minimum 5 years’ sales/business development experience

· Strong B2B sales experience (essential) within the Healthcare Sector

· Experience in document management or related industry advantageous

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Computer literate

· Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence (Essential)
