Prism Placements has partnered with this growing distribution solutions provider is looking for a hands-on and forward thinking

Operational Sales Manager to lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a high-performing internal and external sales function.

Remuneration:

• R900K C.T.C. per annum (plus incentive bonus of R200K)

Experience & Requirements:

• Relevant B-degree / Diploma ideal.
• Min 5-8yrs in a sales management role where you displayed strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Experience managing key accounts as well as CRM and sales reporting essential.
• Strong Admin and Coordination skills, in managing the external sales team and internal sales team, innovative ways of driving the team and handling the stats and sales leads.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales management systems required.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans essential.
