BUILDING FOREMAN – MULTI-STOREY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT Green Point, Cape Town

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all daily site operations. Lead and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor programme progress and assist in achieving project milestones. Enforce health and safety regulations on site. Plan daily activities, manage productivity, and resolve site-related issues. Liaise with the Site Agent, Contracts Manager, consultants, and professional team. Conduct quality inspections and ensure outstanding workmanship throughout the project. Minimum Requirements Minimum 8 years' experience as a Building Foreman on residential construction projects. Proven experience managing multi-storey residential developments. Strong knowledge of concrete structures, brickwork, finishing trades, and site logistics. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery. Valid driver's licence.
