National Visual Merchandiser - Luxury - Sandton

International Luxury brand with 4 stores in South Africa is seeking to employ a suitably experienced VM to join their team

The position will be based in Sandton, with travel to CT / Pretoria and Durban as required

To manage store displays, window designs, and product layouts across SA. Adapt global headquarters guidelines to fit local market, train store teams, and drive sales through visual storytelling

Key Responsibilities

• Store Standards: Apply global brand rules to local boutiques and retail partners.
• Local Adaptations: Adjust window setups and floor layouts for SA tastes and holidays and market
• Team Training: Teach store staff how to style displays and arrange products effectively.
• Inventory Control: Work with stock teams to keep high-demand items visible and displays full
• Core Goals

• Brand Image: Keep the luxury look consistent in every shop.
• Sales Growth: Use attractive setups to catch buyer interest and raise store revenue.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12

3+ VM experience in a premium / luxury clothing brand

Tertiary studies will be an added advantage
