Account Manager

Must have the below experience on the CV

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Market and sell company products and services

· Cross-sell and upsell within existing portfolios

· Resolve client queries and escalations

· Identify and develop new business opportunities

· Prepare and present business proposals

· Maintain accurate client records and reports

· Ensure excellent customer service and retention

· Monitor market and competitor trends

· Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field

· Minimum 5 years’ sales/business development experience

· Strong B2B sales experience (within the banking industry)

· Experience in document management or related industry advantageous

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Computer literate

· Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence (essential)

Basic Salary + Cellphone allowance + Fuel + Commission + Medical Aid and Provident fund (Included in CTC)
