Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultant to join their team.

Facilitate the implementation of organisational effectiveness interventions and solutions that empower employees and increases the effectiveness of the business
Internal Process
Facilitate and deliver value adding organisational effectiveness
OE) solutions to address related gaps in line with company frameworks. Own and implement projects according to business needs and objectives.
Partner with the Human Capital
HC) team in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HC solutions, while integrating and sharing best practices.
Collaborate within the OE team to facilitate the implementation of solutions across business units.
Use psychometric assessments to inform interventions to build an effective organisation and teams.
Use psychometric assessments to guide Talent conversations with leaders to identify, deploy, motivate and energise talent.
Implement talent management interventions to build a sustainable pipeline of the succession pool at all critical levels within the organisation.
Facilitate organisational effectiveness interventions to effectively manage conflict, build teams, create change agility and build a culture that is aligned to business values.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement leadership development interventions in line with company leadership framework.
Facilitate team effectiveness interventions in order to increase collaboration, productivity and work satisfaction. Leverage metrics to shape and inform solution design and impact.
Effectively use diagnostic tools and monitor business results to determine the success of interventions.
Keep abreast of trends,legislation, and best practices within organisational effectiveness to optimise service delivery.
Conduct research to drive best practice with the fields of organisational effectiveness.
Design and implement initiatives (frameworks,methodologies, and tools) to develop or enhance performance in business.
Guide OE solutions to align to the employee experience.
Compile and submit organisational development metrics as required.
Client Partner closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic advice and input into business executive and management teams.
Build and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders by initiating and maintaining regular interactions.
Provide holistic client centric solutions, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
Design and guide the implementation of interventions to ensure alignment of outcomes across the business.
Coach, advise and provide tools to leaders to successfully lead change in their environment.
Facilitate interventions that build an innovative, collaborative and client centric culture that supports business purpose and values.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement leadership development interventions in line with the company leadership framework.
Act as trusted coach and advisor to leaders and employees in the business on organisation effectiveness related matters.
Compile and submit organisational development score cards, monthly reports and other related metrics as required.
Keep abreast of trends,legislation, and best practices within the organisational development field to optimise service delivery.
Provide business leadership with support aligned to culture and leadership framework.
Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.

Honours degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
Registered Industrial Psychologist (preferrable)
8 years Human Capital experience
5 years organisational development experience within an insurance or financial services environment
Minimum 3 years management experience
Exposure to the development and implementation of Organisational Effectiveness interventions (preferrable)
Change management and organisational development best practices, processes and trends Knowledge of coaching and facilitation practices
