Our client is looking to employ a highly organised Client Service Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Case Administration
- Assisted employers and employees with queries, documentation, inspections, and disputes.
- Managed case records and escalated unresolved matters where required.
Claims & Benefits Processing
- Processed pension, funeral, death, disability, medical aid, sick fund, and leave pay claims.
Compliance Administration
- Captured complaints and site visit information on internal systems.
- Issued compliance orders and conducted follow-ups with employers.
- Prepared and updated non-compliance case documentation.
Data & Systems Management
- Maintained accurate records and updated stakeholder information.
- Scanned, printed, and prepared documents for designated agents.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Engaged with employers and employees to resolve compliance and dispute matters.
- Assisted with employer and employee registrations and ad hoc compliance support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12 is must!
- Higher Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Finance, Human Resources or Business Management is a must!
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans is non-negotiable
- Ability to manage and de‑escalate difficult client interactions professionally
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for tasks
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service environment
- Computer literate on MS Office Suite
