NOW HIRING | BARISTAS | DURBAN CENTRAL Global Recruitment is currently recruiting Baristas for a client based in Durban Central . Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines (training can be provided)
  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic cash handling and Point-of-Sale (POS) experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Team player
