We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates - Cape Town [Remote]

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews. Match candidates to suitable vacancies. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement. Build and maintain client and candidate relationships. Advertise vacancies and manage candidate databases. Prepare candidate profiles and submit shortlisted candidates to clients. Meet recruitment targets and placement goals. Requirements Previous recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition experience advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
