POSITION INFO

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on turning financial data into actionable insights and partnering with business leaders to drive profitability and growth. Minimum Requirements B.Com Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Completed SAICA Articles, SAIPA Articles, or CIMA Qualification Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Management Accounting role Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Advanced Excel and Financial Reporting Skill Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing meaningful insights to support business performance. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor and report on Capex expenditure, investment projects, and financial performance. Develop financial models, profitability analyses, and performance reports to support decision-making. Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve efficiency, manage costs, and drive profitability. Key Skills & Competencies Strong commercial and analytical acumen. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Excellent financial modelling and data analysis skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
