You will play a key role in both modernising existing business tools and building new solutions that support operational efficiency, reporting, decision-making, and client service. POSITION INFO

Job Description: As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for analysing existing business processes and applications, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing modern solutions that enhance operational performance. You will help rebuild and streamline processes that may currently exist across spreadsheets, databases, manual workflows, and legacy business systems, while also contributing to the development of new web applications, integrations, automations, and reporting tools. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help deliver secure, reliable, and scalable systems that support both current and future business requirements. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, or similar role. Strong experience with Node.js , TypeScript , React , and PostgreSQL . Strong SQL and database design skills. Experience building and supporting internal business applications and workflow solutions. Ability to understand and improve existing business logic across databases, spreadsheets, automation tools, and operational processes. Experience developing system integrations using APIs and third-party platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Experience modernising legacy or semi-legacy systems and processes would be advantageous. Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a demonstrated ability to review, validate, test, and take ownership of delivered solutions. Understanding of secure development practices, access control, auditability, and the handling of sensitive business data. Experience within financial services, fintech, lending, insurance, or other regulated environments will be advantageous. Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
