We offer you an exciting opportunity to qualify you as a Station Agent.

Tasks

  • Take appropriate measures in case of volume-, weight- and trim-critical flights
  • Transmit the necessary messages and data
  • Carry out post flight duties incl. preparation of mandatory documentation and statistics (e.g. trip-file)
  • Collect and accurately record relevant operational data for reporting, follow-up and continuous improvement purposes
  • Ensure necessary communication with relevant local and central departments
  • Issue load instructions in accordance with relevant load- and balance limits as well as the compilation of flight preparation documents if locally required
  • Issue “weight and balance“ documents if locally required
  • Ensure safe and efficient turnaround operation (unloading/loading), with focus on the aircraft handling activities below the wing based on the respective airline manual

Requirements

  • Matric qualification
  • Vocational training desirable
  • 1-3 years of working experience desirable
  • Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of German desirable
  • Good general education
  • Driving license
  • PC skills
  • Shift work
  • Lifting of luggage up to 23kg/70lb
