Purpose of the Job

This versatile role requires a dynamic professional to drive business growth through client outreach and meeting facilitation, while simultaneously managing pipelines, project deliveries, and team culture initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, office administration, or a related field
• Capable of handling several work streams at once without sacrificing detail
• Self-directed and capable of setting priorities and taking charge
• Knowledge of project management software (Jira, NoCon)
• Familiar with fundamental business tools (Discord, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Capability and willingness to work virtually & independently.
• Ability to work with all SA and other global cultures.

POSITION INFO

Technical Competencies & Experience: Create & oversee employment pipelines; plan onboarding and recruitment procedures Plan & oversee team activities, cultural project & internal correspondence. Own project management for several ongoing customer engagements Organize & assist with important client meetings & delivery planning sessions. Create prospecting & outbound communication materials to focus on new business prospects. Oversee the company's workflows, deadlines & schedules. Provide operational reporting & strategic planning assistance to the leadership team.
