The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure , with the ability to add immediate value in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting and financial reporting support General ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and invoice processing Monthly management accounts and variance analysis Compliance with donor and regulatory reporting requirements Audit support and maintaining accurate financial records Asset register management and internal controls Requirements: BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance Minimum 3 years' finance experience Proven NGO sector experience (essential) Strong Pastel Evolution (essential) Advanced Excel skills Valid driver's license & clear criminal record
