Leading Brands Operations Intern at Famous Brands

PURPOSE STATEMENT

To gain working experience in the daily operations of a quick service or casual dining restaurant under supervision within a restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists with the daily operations of a restaurant, from opening to closing
• Works across all sections within a restaurant
• Supervises a team on duty, motivates and leads
• On the job training and coaching individuals and teams
• Manage inventory, ordering and issuing of stock
• Maintains operational standards within restaurants, and provides detailed feedback on findings
• Protects brand integrity via compliance
• Customer facing, interacts and deals with queries and complaints

Desired Experience & Qualification

Formal Education

• Minimum Tertiary Food related service Qualification
• Matric mandatory

Experience

Graduate

In Summary, Our Selection Criteria Are

• South African citizen
• Between the ages of 18 and 28
• Individual that has never been on a YES programme before.
• Our intern programme take place over the course of 12 months
