Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
  • Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and clients
  • Prepare and maintain transport and shipping documentation
  • Resolve delivery delays and logistical issues
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
  • Ensure the efficient movement of goods while meeting operational deadlines

Minimum Requirements

  • Logistics or Supply Chain qualification
  • 2–4 years’ experience in freight, transport, or logistics coordination
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
