maximum field performance and return on investment for producers.

Description
- Research into mode of action, production and formulation of rhizobial inoculants
- Production of rhizobial inoculants through liquid fermentation
- Ongoing improvements of fermentation processes, growth medium and product formulation
- Conduct quality assurance of production processes and facility
- Conduct quality control of incoming and on-site produced inoculants according to approved procedures per product specification
- Test efficacy of inoculants through pot trials
- Determine shelf life of produced inoculants and find ways of improving shelf life
- Test compatibility of produced inoculants with other agriculture products
- Determine survival rate of inoculants on seed and improving on survival
- Maintain GLP, GMP and GDP in the microbiology laboratory and production facility
- Interpret results and generate accurate, analytical and microbiological reports according to specified methods and procedures
- Keeping up to date with scientific and research developments into inoculants
- Prepare and update SOP's
- Assisting with the execution of routine activities within the microbiology laboratory
- Continuous improvement of processes within the microbiology laboratory
Minimum Requirements
• BSC Microbiology
• Sound verbal and written communication skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Planning and organizational skills.
