POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Be the quality champion for new system features, enhancements, and releases, ensuring they perform as expected before reaching end users Turn business requirements into practical test scenarios that help uncover risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Explore applications with a curious mindset, identifying issues early and helping prevent them from becoming bigger problems later Partner with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to build a shared understanding of what "good" looks like Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple systems and platforms Investigate, document, and track defects, providing clear information that supports efficient resolution Help maintain test environments and test data to ensure reliable and consistent testing outcomes Validate fixes and enhancements, ensuring solutions deliver the intended business value Contribute ideas to improve testing approaches, quality practices, and overall delivery standards Participate in release activities and provide after-hours support on a rotational basis to assist with critical application issues when required Act as the voice of the end user, ensuring every solution is intuitive, reliable, and fit for purpose In a nutshell: you'll be the person asking, "But what happens if I click this?" before thousands of users do. Job Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience in Functional, Manual, or Software Testing within a fast-paced delivery environment Hands-on experience with Jira or similar test and defect management tools for logging, tracking, and managing issues Good understanding of SQL and the ability to query databases to validate data accuracy and support testing activities Exposure to API testing using tools such as Postman , SoapUI , or similar platforms Experience creating clear, detailed, and structured test documentation, including test cases, test scenarios, and quality reports Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies Experience working with complex, integrated, or custom-built business applications would be advantageous Relevant testing certifications, such as ISTQB , are beneficial but not essential Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders Apply now!
