Operations Manager

AHIT Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a growing, innovative client seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate multiple projects, and support business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys balancing people, projects, and processes while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage recruitment pipelines and coordinate onboarding activities
• Oversee project coordination across multiple client engagements
• Organise internal events, team initiatives, and culture activities
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and operational workflows
• Support business planning and executive reporting
• Assist with delivery planning and client engagement coordination
• Prepare business development and prospecting communications
• Ensure deadlines, priorities, and operational processes are effectively managed

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Office Management, or a similar role
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Experience using project management software (Jira, Notion or similar)
• Proficient with Google Workspace or equivalent business software
