Our client who owns a prestigious luxury fashion brand is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their boutique at the iconic V&A Waterfront. We are looking for someone with impeccable taste, commercial savvy, and the ability to inspire a team while keeping the store running as flawlessly as a runway show.

This isn't your average retail management role. This is luxury retail. The details matter. The customer journey matters. The presentation matters. And yes, the steaming, folding, stockroom organisation and sales targets matter too.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and motivating a high-performing sales team
• Delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience for every customer
• Driving sales performance and consistently achieving store targets
• Managing daily store operations and ensuring world-class standards
• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
• Monitoring stock levels, inventory management and loss prevention
• Recruiting, training and developing team members
• Creating an energetic, positive and fashion-forward store culture
• Analysing KPIs and implementing strategies to improve performance

What We're Looking For

• Previous management experience within premium or luxury retail
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop teams
• Passion for fashion, luxury brands and customer experience
• Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished and confident presentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• A sense of humour helps. Especially during stocktake.

The Fine Print

Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town

Hours: 45 hours per week

Industry: Luxury Fashion Retail

Salary: R15 000 - R30 000 (depending on experience)
