Our client is Brits is looking for Clerk of Works – Underground Mining to join their team

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Qualifications: Grade 12 (NQF4) Valid Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency (advantageous) Job-specific experience: Minimum 5-10 years' experience in underground mining operations Demonstrated experience in Underground development and mining methods, ground support systems and quality control Contract or project-based mining environment experience Experience/Exposure on MS Dynamics F&O, Reporting tools: MS Power BI Must be medically fit Purpose of Role The Clerk of Works is responsible for providing independent oversight, verification, and assurance on underground mining activities executed by the Main Contractor. The role ensures that all work is undertaken in accordance with approved designs, contractual requirements, applicable legislation, and company standards. CV:
