SUMMARY

We are looking for a Facilities Manager for a STUDENT ACCOMMODATION PORTFOLIO

Do you have:

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years Facilities Management experience within the Property Management Industry
• Certificate, Degree or diploma or other appropriate credentials related to construction and Facilities Management
• Qualified and evidenced experience in the construction of commercial and residential and high-rise type buildings, facilities management, and maintenance
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of local South African laws, by-laws, and practices required
• An understanding of, and insight into the National Building Regulations And Building standards Act, the BCEA, LRA, and OHS Acts, with the ability to apply the required principles
