• Minimum 3 years IT Account Management experience
• Strong technical understanding of IT solutions

• Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios

• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth
• Deliver exceptional client service and support
• Engage with SMEs and corporate clients
