Regional Sales Manager

A leading food manufacturing company based in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth. Minimum Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

Valid driver's licence

Minimum 10 years' commercial sales experience within the consumer goods or food manufacturing industry.

Minimum 5 years' experience leading and developing a team of sales representatives.

Proven experience in key account management and business development.

Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.

Experience negotiating with national and regional customers.

Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
