Branch Manager - Secunda

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Secunda branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong retail experience and a passion for driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proven experience in:
  • Retail sales
  • Store management
  • Hair/beauty industry (advantageous)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills (English, Afrikaans & additional languages beneficial)

• Salary: R13,500 (review after probation)
• Commission earning potential
• 30% medical aid contribution
• Provident fund contribution
