- Previous OEM, HEME or yellow capital equipment sales experience essential
- Mining, construction, earthmoving, plant hire or agricultural equipment exposure advantageous
- Strong business development and client relationship skills required
An opportunity for an experienced Yellow Plant & Equipment - Sales Specialist is required for permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Highlighlands Meander).
- Develop and secure new business opportunities construction, mining, earthworks, roads, construction, agriculture, farming, water engineering and plant hire sectors
- Promote and sell capital equipment solutions to commercial clients
- Conduct customer visits, site assessments and equipment demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals
- Build long-term customer relationships and key account structures
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments
- Coordinate equipment handovers and customer support activities
- Work closely with service and parts departments to maximize customer retention
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Min 3–5 years' sales experience within plant, capital equipment, construction, mining or yellow industrial sectors
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Proven sales track record
- CRM and sales reporting experience
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid driver's licence
- Self-driven and target orientated
- Traceable & contactable references
- Local residency or relocation required
