• Oversee daily operations of the ICU, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth
• Manage rosters, staffing levels, and resource allocation effectively
• Uphold hospital policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Drive quality improvement and infection‑control initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including intensivists, surgeons, and allied professionals
• Manage budgets, stock control, and procurement of ICU equipment

• Degree in Nursing Education & Administration/Management (Essential)
• Degree in Critical Care (Essential)
• Degree in General Nursing
• SANC Registered
• 5+ years’ experience as an ICU Unit Manager
