360 Recruitment Consultant - Commission

WMS is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the Information Technology sector. This is a commission-only opportunity offering uncapped earning potential, ideal for recruiters who are motivated by results and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid or remote working environment.

· Develop new business and build strong client relationships.

· Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to placement.

· Source, screen, and interview IT professionals.

· Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

· Negotiate offers and successfully close placements.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

· Achieve agreed placement and revenue targets.

· Previous recruitment experience (360 recruitment preferred).

· Strong sales, business development, and relationship-building skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment desk.

· IT recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
