Qualifications and experience

BEng/BSc Engineering (Civil)

0- 5 years relevant experience

Passion for municipal infrastructure and water engineering

Professional registration with ECSA, or active progression towards registration, will be advantageous.

Exposure to any of the following will be advantageous

  • Bulk water pipelines
  • Bulk sewer systems
  • Pump stations
  • Reservoirs
  • Hydraulic modelling
  • Water distribution systems
  • Civil design
  • Construction support
  • Water infrastructure rehabilitation

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced engineers, you will assist with::

  • Hydraulic calculations
  • Pipeline and pump station design
  • Preparation of reports and technical documentation
  • Development of drawings and design packages
  • Site inspections
  • Construction support
  • Coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Client engagement

Responsibilities will increase as experience and competence develop.
