A family is looking for a FRENCH AU PAIR for their daughters aged 7 years old and 5 years old

Area: Sandhurst

Ages: daughters aged 7 years old and 5 years old

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 07h15 – 08h00. Monday – Thursday: 14h15 – 18h00, Friday: 12h15 – 16h30

School holiday hours: similar to the above but to be confirmed prior to each holiday period

Duties: Drop at school in the mornings, collect from school in the afternoons, the children attend a French school and the candidate must be fluent in French and have to supervise and assist with homework, transport to and from extra murals, general care and supervision, assisting with anything childcare related.

Requirements: French speaking, beneficial if the candidate has an undergrad degree (any)

Start date: End August 2026 start – permanent contract

Salary: R12 000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

****Must have a clear criminal record

****Must have a passion for children

****Must have Matric

****Must have a South African ID document.
