BRANCH MANAGER GAS/PLUMBING FIRM - PLETTENBERG BAY

The Role

A position has become available at a gas and plumbing firm to grow the company as branch manager. You will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow the branch and maintain client relations.
• Manage the staff and deal with their needs.
• Keep a daily roster of jobs to which staff will be assigned.
• Manage branch operations and travel arrangements.
• Manage orders and ensure that they will be dealt with timeously.
• Perform quotes and follow up on them.
• Tend to any client queries.
• Daily interaction with CEO.
• Drive sales and grow the client base.

Skills and Experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Target driven personality.
• Strong operational, marketing and logistical ability.
• Ability to deal with clients – excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of the gas industry, preferably as a practitioner, but not necessarily a must.
• Knowledge of the plumbing industry essential
• Sober habits
• Healthy and enthusiastic
