Job & Company Description: As a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of multidisciplinary mining and industrial projects, from feasibility studies and detailed design through to commissioning and operational support. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing control systems solutions for a range of greenfield and brownfield projects. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge automation technologies, large-scale industrial operations, and the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading engineering professionals on projects that make a real impact. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent ECSA registration or working toward registration is advantageous Job Experience & Skills Required: Proven experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering within mining, minerals processing, utilities, or heavy industrial environments Strong understanding of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (E, I&C) engineering principles Experience designing and developing control systems for complex industrial facilities Experience working on both greenfield and brownfield projects Control systems design experience, preferably with Rockwell, Emerson, and/or Schneider Electric platforms DCS experience, ideally Yokogawa PLC experience, ideally Rockwell and Siemens SCADA experience across platforms such as Citect, SciTech, or Simplicity Understanding of project development processes within the mining sector Strong technical report writing and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and engage confidently with clients Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, implement, and commission control systems and associated software Develop instrumentation and control system designs for mining and industrial facilities Provide technical support and operational advice to clients Contribute to engineering studies, technical reports, and project documentation Support project delivery from concept through to commissioning and handover Participate in client meetings and technical workshops Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple disciplines and project locations Apply now!
